Laser Hair Removal

Laser Hair Removal utilizes beams of highly concentrated light designed to selectively penetrate into the hair follicles, the light is absorbed by the pigment in the hair follicles and destroy the hair witin the hair follicle. Laser works best with dark coarse hair. Light skin and dark hair are an ideal combination. At Advanced Aesthetics we have lasers that safely and effectively treat all skin colors. "Permanent" hair reduction is defined as the long-term, stable reduction in the number of hairs re-growing after a treatment regime.  Current parameters suggest a series of 6-8 treatments spaced 4-12 weeks apart based on typical hair cycle patterns for each area.
